Can I take the UBE in a jurisdiction in which I am not seeking admission to the bar but where it is most convenient for me to take the exam?

Administering and grading the examination uses the jurisdiction’s resources, so it is for each UBE jurisdiction to decide whether it will allow persons who are not seeking admission there to sit for the examination.
